Shruti Haasan once made a bold statement saying that marriage is outdated and not for her. She came to this conclusion after seeing her parents separation and many failed marriages.
However, Shruti is currently single, seems to have softened her stance. In a recent interview, she mentioned that while she prefers committed relationships over marriage, she isn’t completely against the idea.
If the right person comes along, she might reconsider, but she added, “I don’t see it happening”.
She is working on the film Coolie directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Reports suggest she might play superstar Rajinikanth’s daughter in the movie.
Recently, Shruti stepped away from Adivi Sesh’s film Dacoit, and Mrunal Thakur replaced her. Meanwhile, the shooting of her much-awaited project Salaar 2 has been delayed.
